
Competitors
of our client, Federal Signal, were making an effort to introduce
a new product to challenge them in the industrial sweeper market.
Federal Signal decided to head-off the competition and produced
a "response kit" for their dealers, strengthening their
products' positions in the marketplace. In addition to the printed
collateral materials in the response kit, we were asked to produce
a CD-ROM that provided interactive access to product information,
as well as a regional dealer sales and service locator.
